Terry Ellard

Terry cofounded Iketsetse with Litsebe Tsiame while he was a Peace Corps Volunteer 2011-2013. Terry  has a BSc in agriculture, is a Journeyman metal patternmaker, a beekeeper of 50 odd years and a personal fittness trainer. He spent most of his career running his own businesses, inventing and building medical devices and such things as bicycle sidecars as well as appropriate technology such as baby scales and safety syringes.

Our Team.

Litsebe Tsiame

Litsebe Tsiame lives in Mapoteng Lesotho. He is a beekeeper and a miller and used to own an electric motor rewinding business. He cofounded Iketsetse with Terry and spent over a year as a volunteer working to establish it.

Phillip Moleko

Philip is the first apprentice to join our company. He says, I am a 22 year old male who was born at Maluti Adventist Hospital. I
always wanted to be a mechanical and electrical engineer, and since I
joined the Iketsetse Micro Enterprise Development Company.  I found the perfect
platform to acquire the skills that will help me to reach my goals.

Sarah Reno

Sara is a Peace Corps volunteer with the Healthy Youth Program. works with our project three days a week and does other projects with youth in the district the rest of the time. Sarah is a journeywoman carpenter and a certified welder. Her talents and abilities are a great asset to our project

Rethabile Seisa

Rethabile is the second apprentice to join our company. He hopes to start his own business and pehaps to continue in school if the opportunity becomes available. Rethabile is a volunteer leader of the Mapoteng Youth Development Program.
